What is Manirathnam doing now?
Filmmaker
Manirathnam's previous release Kadal didn't work out the best results for the
director. In fact, his past couple of films including Raavanan have been box
office disasters.
The director
is now involved in the scripting of his next project to regain his lost status.
It is worth mentioning that his last hit film was Guru. According to the
sources, Manirathnam is expected to do a Hindi film for producer Ekta Kapoor.
Closer
sources reveal that both of them are in talks, but the official confirmations
will be made only after the finalization of the script and actors for this
project. All we can be assured is that AR Rahman will be scoring music for this
project.
