Rs 5 Crores jewels for Anushka

           Rani Rudrama Devi is a film which is being produced in Tamil and Telugu languages. This film has Anushka in the lead role. She is wearing Rs 5 Crores worth of jewels in this film.

             Neeta Lula who was the costume designer for the super hit Hindi historical film Jodhaa Akbar which had Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles is working as a costume designer for Rani Rudrama Devi.

             This high budgeted glittering film is being directed by Gunasekaran. He had earlier directed the Telugu film Okkadu which is the remake of the Tamil hit film Ghilli. Sources say that Anushka’s costume will be much spoken about than of Aishwarya Rai in Jodhaa Akbar.

            Rani Rudrama Devi is a 3D historical film which has been produced at a cost of Rs 40 Crores. Ilayaraja has composed music for this film.

             Raana, Prakash Raj and Krishna Raj are donning important roles in this film. Thota Tharani has erected costly sets. Ajay Vincent is handling the camera. The shooting of this film has taken place for 35 days. The entire shooting of this film will be completed by the month of December.
